I really enjoy using the Architecture software, it is not a grind like other things it is fun.
I have made some projects in my spare time, just because I love the software.
I would use it to design furniture and then build that furniture and have done just that.
I enjoy detail and technical stuff.
An inch is 25.4mm not 25mm. x100 down the line.
You’ll have a 400mm difference, that would hard to hide and explain.
A block is 102.5mm to fit in with coursing.
102.5mm + 10mm mortar + 102.5mm = 215mm the same height as a block standing.
I like like working with U-Values seeing houses for sale and how poor their energy efficiency is. Which is quite sad.
But knowing the formula to correct it with the correct insulation is great and rewarding.
